Tom joined his father at Isner Insurance Associates in October of 1971 after returning to Ohio from duty with the US Army as an infantry officer in Vietnam. He became president of Isner Insurance Associates, Inc in 1980. Tom is a capable and experienced insurance agent, especially in business insurance. He is a useful resource for insurance information on many different kinds of small businesses. He lives in Westerville, Ohio with his wife, Kim.
Noah graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in History. He worked in education for a time before joining his friend, Sam, in the insurance industry in April of 2021. Noah focuses on personal insurance and welcoming people into the office. Outside of work, Noah loves to get out in nature, dive into a good book, spend time with his friends and family, and invest in his Bible study community!
Sam graduated from Cedarville University in 2015 with a degree in finance. He previously worked at NiSource Inc. as a Business Analyst and joined his father, Tom Isner, at Isner Insurance in March, 2017. Sam primarily focuses on agency operations and personal insurance. Outside of work, Sam loves spending time with his wife, Valerie, playing soccer, and being an active part of their Bible study.
Derek graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2017 with a degree in philosophy. He married his wife, Sandria, in 2021 and they had their first child, Maya, in June 2022. Derek joined Isner Insurance in February 2022 focusing on business insurance. In his free time, Derek enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, playing games and visiting friends.
