For example, some are probably salesmen, some are supervisors who oversee the work, and other things. 7. Please give us a list of the year, make, model and serial number of your vehicles, and the vehicle value you want them insured for. 8. Please give us a list of your drivers names, date of birth, driver license number, and social security number. 9. Your company probably has scheduled contractor equipment.
